Not every athlete will need a one on one coach to guide them through their training to the "A" race. We offer training plans based on the given race distance or length of training time. All plans are uniquely designed to accomodate each individual.
ONLY THE "ONE ON ONE" COACHING
INCLUDES WEEKLY COMMUNICATION.
Whether you want to complete your first 5K or PR in a marathon, the GoFast Endurance Coaching team will create an individual plan for you. Prices vary based on number of weeks as well as coaching needs
Actually should be called three coaches and one athlete. Includes weekly communication and individual training plans based on the athletes season and race schedule. This plan is particularly valuable for the athlete who has a significant "A" race planned and wants to maximize his/her training potential. Throughout the training cycle, the coaches will continually monitor progress based upon test results, race results, and athlete feedback. Changes in the athletes parameters ie:pace per 100M/ FTP/ Threshold pace will be adjusted accordingly. Athletes will also have the opportunity to field test their fitness in one on one clinics with a GoFastEndurance Coach. One on one athletes will always have a coach ready to answer any questions he or she may have in order to achieve their goals.
